Terms of service
1. Scope
These terms cover Boost Clients in 72h: Presence, Growth and Autopilot, plus the standalone sales page and related services.
2. Free mockup
The mockup is free. If it isn't right for you, you pay nothing.
3. Prices and payment
Displayed prices apply on the order date. French prices exclude tax. Pay through a secure link only after approving the mockup. Invoices are issued in EUR, MUR or AED depending on your country.
4. Subscription and cancellation
Cancel with 30 days' notice after the first 3 months.
5. Ownership
No leasing contract. Your website and domain belong to you. We hand over all access when you leave.
6. Review guarantee
10 new Google reviews in 60 days for Growth and Autopilot, or we keep working free until achieved, provided you send our ready-made review message to your customers.
7. Exclusivity and visibility
One business per trade in each town. We guarantee the work and monthly figures, not first place on Google or an AI citation. The client is responsible for the accuracy of supplied information.
8. Changes
Included change rounds are specified in the accepted offer. Additional requests are quoted separately.
9. Governing law
United Arab Emirates law, without prejudice to mandatory protections in the client's country.
